Victorian Bohemian Garnet Earrings

Rose cut garnets cluster together to form a floral like design on these wonderful late Victorian era earrings. The garnets are deep dark red color with a mixture of small and larger round stones.

In the nineteenth century, Bohemian garnet jewelry, such as these earrings, was very popular. Often, the garnets were set in close proximity and clustered together. The settings were usually a gilt metal of brass or silver.
