The amethyst throated hummingbird is native to El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico. This colorful example is the male with his bright plumage. He is expertly hand carved by Yoneguma Takahashi and then hand painted in detail by Kiyoka Takahashi. Accompanied by an original box.
