Trifari Emerald Green Glass Rhinestone Bracelet

Trifari has a rich and lengthy history of creating some of the most collected and highly sought after pieces. This bracelet is an amazing example of real look costume jewelry from Trifari. The open back, prong set glass cabochons are an emerald green shade set in two rows with small clear bead set rhinestones in the center. The setting is highly polished rhodium plate.

The company began in 1938 and continued through the 20th century. On November 9th, 1955 Trifari, Krussman, and Fishel Inc prevailed in a lawsuit that would then allow costume jewelry designs to be registered at the U.S. copyright office. This bit of historical information helps date this bracelet as pre-1955 since the copyright mark does not appear on the reverse.
