This generously sized Victorian era cross pendant/pin bears beautifully detailed foliage appliqués in cross forms. The cross itself has a matte finish. Each link of the original chain displays a polished flower attached to a well constructed back. The chain is connected in the front by a spring ring which also holds the pendant. A common closure style for necklaces for the time period. A wonderful circa 1880s jewelry piece.
