Heart charms and charm bracelets had a renaissance in the 1940s. Many of the designs on these forties heart charms are copies of their Victorian predecessors (1890-1910). This lovely example has a bell with curled ribbon draped at the sides. The frame includes some beautiful scroll work detail.
