Created during WWII when materials such as sterling silver were scarce or use was not permitted, this lovely wreath brooch was created with iron and silver sphere accents. The pin design resembles tulip blossoms joining to form a circle.
Influenced by Japanese metalwork, Arno Malinowski was experimenting with mixed metals at the time this brooch was crafted. Although, it does not bear his design mark.
