Scarce Takahashi Vintage Redpoll Wood Bird Pin Brooch

A rather scarce Takahashi bird pin is the Redpoll.  This adorable bird was superbly hand painted and hand carved by the Takahashis. This particular bird can be found in the Artic and sub-Artic regions. The female lacks the red breast that is found on the males. Accompanied by an original box and card.

Condition: Two crack lines in the lacquer that extend from the eye to the tail feather all else in excellent condition. The price of this scarce bird has been adjusted for the condition.
