Retro 14k Gold, Diamond, & Ruby Earrings

The beautifully blossoming flowers are colorfully embellished with natural rubies encircling a singled bezel set diamond. For a three-dimensional display, there are two layers of 14k gold petals on each flower. Highly polished half spheres support the dangling floral presentation below. At some point, the original rose gold was heavily plated with most likely rhodium to give the current white gold look. Truly lovely circa 1940s earrings.

Stones:The diamonds are transitional cuts for an approximate cttw of .24. The earrings each have a .12 ct diamond. Diamonds are lovely with a VVS clarity and H-I color. Each flower center has six natural rubies for a total of twelve. Note: All stones are analyzed by a certified Gemologist. To retain the integrity of the setting, gemstones are not removed to determine weights, clarity or color grades and all are approximate.
