Takahashi Vintage Rare Fairly/Fairy Wren Female Pin

The fairy wren by the Takahashis is scarce. This beauty is the elegant female variegated fairy-wren who inhabits Australia. Although her mate is bright and colorful, she is a chestnut brown and is shown here with a slightly cocked head. The female is more more rare then the male.  Expertly hand painted and hand carved by Yoneguma and Kiyoka Takahashi. Accompanied by original card and box.

Condition: Box has a bit of tape on it and "Fairly Wren - Female" is hand written on the box lid. The box lid has the card glued to the inside. The bird is in excellent condition.
