Jugendstil Art Nouveau Silver Flower Mirror Locket Pendant

The beautiful daisy flower is rendered with realistic detail in silver on this breathtaking mirror locket. The design appears on the front and the reverse. A slide opening reveals two mirrors, one on each side. A truly remarkable creation.

The locket was created in Germany during the time when the Jugendstil movement was active and the style tended towards floral motifs like the one on this lovely pendant. Jugendstil is the counterpart to Art Nouveau.

Condition: Some small dimples, mirror has minor wear consistent with age but is very usable, all else in excellent condition.
