Sandor 1940s Sterling Enamel Rhinestone Flower PinSKU: 5097
A wonderful example of jewelry made during WWII. With the restrictions on metal, the brooch is created from sterling and the rhinestones are all hand attached by string to a pierced plastic backing. Mirrored backed rhinestones cluster together to create each flower. The stem, leaves and bow are sterling decorated with colored enamel. This pin display a truly spectacular and unique design.
Founded in 1938 by Sandor Goldberger, the Sandor company created beautiful jewelry until 1972. Still highly collected today, Sandor jewelry is of high quality and has some of the most unique designs of the time.
